Okay - so ... I have already have a college degree, in a high-tech area that is growing ... but the jobs in high-tech, like manufacturing jobs before them, are moving offshore. What field am I supposed to switch to? I'm ALREADY in a "21st century" job. What should I go to that community college to learn? How to lock'n'load?
